I'm Chris Tan - former MPA Top 100 / #38 nationally. Before founding Tarino, I built Neses Finance to $400M in annual loan volume and a 6-person offshore team.
I know what it looks like when a business owner is doing $500/hr work and $20/hr admin in the same afternoon. I was that person.
Tarino exists because the offshore agency model in Australia is broken. Ongoing markups, hidden costs, poor vetting. I built the firm I wished existed when I was running a broking business - direct hire, one fee, no dependency.
