Chris is an entrepreneur who loves building businesses and bringing great people together. He’s happiest turning an idea into something real, solving problems, and working with people who care about what they do.

Before co-founding Tarino, Chris built and scaled his own mortgage brokerage, earning recognition as an MPA Top 100 Broker. Hiring offshore professionals into his own team showed him the difference great people can make—and sparked the idea for Tarino.

Today, he’s focused on helping business owners build teams they’re proud of, while creating opportunities for Filipino professionals to do meaningful work and grow alongside them.

Outside of Tarino, you’ll usually find Chris training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or at home with his mini dachshund, Ringo.

Ollie loves understanding what makes people tick and what they’re working towards. At Tarino, he leads client partnerships, helping business owners work out what they need from a hire and what the right person could make possible.

Previously, Ollie spent four years teaching primary school while playing semi-professional soccer, before moving into agency recruitment. Over three years, he worked on senior appointments for some of Australia’s best-known listed companies across property, retail, equipment hire and media.

He’s focused on bringing the quality and care of local recruitment to offshore hiring, creating lasting value for businesses and the people joining them.

Outside of Tarino, Ollie is usually playing or watching sport with mates, heading to the beach, or getting stuck into a good series.

Kristina helps keep Tarino running smoothly, bringing care, organisation, and a steady hand to the team’s day-to-day work. She takes pride in making life easier for those around her and ensuring clients and candidates feel looked after.

She brings more than seven years of experience in the lending industry at one of the Philippines’ leading banks. Her background spans account management, financial analysis, administration, and operations.

For Kristina, Tarino’s mission is personal. She wants Filipino professionals to have opportunities to show what they can do, earn trust, and build careers that reach beyond borders.

Outside of Tarino, Kristina enjoys home cooking, photography, music, and podcasts. She’s always making room for new experiences, alongside time with her favourite people and her cats.

Sheila enjoys finding the fit between a person’s strengths and a business’s needs. She brings a thoughtful, thorough approach to recruitment, helping clients and candidates make confident decisions about working together.

She brings 14 years of professional experience, including eight years recruiting across IT and non-IT roles. Her background also includes customer service, teaching English, and managing small businesses, giving her a practical understanding of the challenges business owners face.

Sheila wants Filipino professionals to find teams that bring out their best, while helping clients hire people who contribute over the long term.

Outside of Tarino, Sheila enjoys family time, weightlifting, music, and podcasts. Her simple pleasures include an iced coffee in the morning sun and time with her red-footed tortoise.

Tristan helps business owners explore how offshore hiring could work for them. Calm and approachable, he takes time to understand their situation, answer questions, and make the next steps clear.

His background is in fast-paced, performance-focused environments, working closely with business owners and supporting small teams in leadership roles. Those experiences shaped his emphasis on clear communication, consistency, and following through on commitments.

At Tarino, he wants people to feel comfortable asking questions and confident in their decisions. He takes pride in being upfront, reliable, and easy to work with from the first conversation onwards.

Outside of Tarino, Tristan enjoys training and personal development. He also makes time for family and close friends, balancing his drive to improve with the people who keep him grounded.

Henry brings curiosity, determination, and care to recruitment. He enjoys understanding people’s ambitions and helping them find opportunities where they can contribute, develop, and build a future.

With nearly nine years in recruitment, Henry started in technical hiring before expanding into recruitment process outsourcing and offshore recruitment. He has filled technical and non-technical roles across banking, technology, fintech, healthcare, and retail, supporting clients in Australia and Southeast Asia.

His approach is grounded in the Filipino value of malasakit: caring deeply and taking responsibility for the people you support. He brings that mindset to every candidate conversation and client relationship.

Outside of Tarino, Henry enjoys training, running, and making music. Weekends are usually spent watching movies or getting outdoors with his wife and son.

Marbb enjoys getting to know the person behind the CV and the business behind the job description. She brings warmth and curiosity to recruitment, understanding what both sides need for a working relationship to last.

With seven years of recruitment experience across different industries and roles, Marbb has helped clients build their teams and candidates take their next career step. At Tarino, she continues to develop her expertise in financial services recruitment.

She cares about making introductions that lead somewhere meaningful, through honest conversations, thoughtful matching, and support throughout the hiring process.

Outside of Tarino, Marbb loves travelling and spending time with her favourite people. She also enjoys online “research”—which has a habit of turning into shopping.
