These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the Tarino website and any enquiries submitted through it. If you engage Tarino's recruitment services, your engagement will be governed by a Scope of Work ('SOW') which, together with these Terms, forms the binding agreement between the parties. In the event of any inconsistency, the SOW prevails.
By accessing this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms.
About Tarino
This website is operated by Tarino Support Pty Ltd (ABN 56 692 962 351) ('Tarino', 'we', 'us'). We provide offshore recruitment and candidate sourcing services for Australian professional services businesses.

Recruitment Services
Tarino provides recruitment-related services including sourcing, screening, and introducing candidates. The specific scope, fees, timelines, and guarantees for each engagement are set out in a Scope of Work agreed with the client prior to commencing work.

Fees, Payment & Guarantee
All fees, payment terms, placement triggers, and guarantee conditions applicable to your engagement are set out in the Scope of Work agreed with you prior to commencement. The Scope of Work forms part of, and is to be read together with, these Terms.
For the avoidance of doubt: if a Candidate introduced by Tarino is hired or otherwise engaged by Client (or any of its Affiliates) within 12 months of introduction — whether during or after the term of the engagement — the placement fee set out in the applicable Scope of Work remains payable.
Client Responsibilities
By engaging Tarino, Client agrees to:
Client warrants that information provided to Tarino is accurate and must promptly notify Tarino if it becomes inaccurate.
Confidentiality & Privacy
Each party must keep confidential information received from the other party confidential and must not disclose it except as required to perform their obligations or as required by law. Client must treat Candidate information provided by Tarino as confidential.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy (available at tarino.au/privacy-policy).
Third-Party Links & Platforms
This website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Use of third-party tools (e.g. scheduling software, application forms, applicant tracking systems) may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Tarino and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for personal use. You must not reproduce or distribute content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Where non-excludable guarantees apply, our liability is limited (at our option) to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having services supplied again.
Indemnity
Each party indemnifies the other for losses arising from its material breach, negligence, or unlawful acts. Client indemnifies Tarino for claims arising from Client's engagement, supervision, direction, or management of any Candidate, workplace conditions, and compliance failures — except to the extent caused by Tarino's breach or negligence.
12. Dispute Resolution
The parties must first attempt to resolve any dispute by good faith negotiation. If unresolved within a reasonable time, disputes must be referred to mediation in accordance with the Australian Disputes Centre or Australian Resolution Institute rules (costs shared equally), unless otherwise agreed. If still not resolved, the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this website and take effect immediately upon publication.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
